New Year's Resolution Challenge: Ex Libris

Today's challenge is hosted by Ex Libris and is the New Year's Resolution Challenge.

"Pick a book and choose one or several characters from it and make up what would be their New Year's resolutions if they made any. No need to be realistic, the wilder the better! :-D"

I decided to pick Kendra from Bewitching by Alex Flinn.

Bout of Books Day 6 update

 

I was finally able to sit down and read for an extended period of time. I finished Vampire Academy, Ten, and Floors!!! I am also a little over half way through with Jinx. I did not look at any new sites or do either challenge, but I have already met those goals. I loved Vampire Academy, was surprised by Ten, and enjoyed Floors. Hopefully I can write the reviews by the end of next week. I want to wait until I am free of a cold and flu medicine, so that the reviews make sense. :) Hope you all had productive and fun days reading!

Bout of Books Day 5 update

Well yesterday was pretty terrible. I worked and then came home and ate and sleep. It was a very unproductive reading day. I did manage to read on my lunch break and in the morning. I read 28 pages of Vampire Academy, 1 page of Jinx, and 12 pages of Ten. I did no challenges and found no new blogs. :( Hopefully I can sit and read all day Saturday to make up for this!

Bout of Books Day 4 Update

Yesterday I was able to read 82 pages, 68 pages of Ten and 14 pages of Vampire Academy. Both books are really good, I just wish I felt better! I did finish another CD of Floors. I did the Book Spin Poetry Challenge and found two new blogs to follow. I am feeling worse tonight, probably because I worked all week and didn't sleep well. Oh well, at least I have good books to look forward to!

Bout of Books 6.0 Day 3 Update

 

I finished another CD in Floors and have started the third CD. I read only 60 pages yesterday, because I had to work overtime. I am really enjoying Vampire Academy and wish I could find more time to sit down and read it. Ten is really creeping me out, but in a good way. I found two new blogs to follow and participated in the Page 48 Challenge, which was really fun. Hope you all are making good progress!

Bout of Books Day 2 Update

 

I felt a little better today, but actually read less pages. I finished 62 pages total, 46 in Vampire Academy and only 16 in Ten. I did one challenge the Cover Love challenge and found 1 more new blog to follow. I finished 1 CD of Floors, which is interesting. I think the Whippet Hotel would be a fun place to visit! I went to bed at 8 and actually slept the whole night! Hopefully my cold is going away.
